In-light of the escalating incidents of crime, including theft, violence, and robberies, there’s an urgent need for proactive measures. The Infinite Rapid Response App aims to help meet this need by enabling the swift deployment of vetted security officers to specific locations as required.
Our solution aims to provide you with the ultimate peace of mind to sites and their employees, providing support in various situations, from dealing with antisocial behaviour to addressing known offenders.
WHAT IT CAN DO FOR YOU
The Security Dispatch App allows you to dispatch the nearest security officer to a specific location. If you’re away from your home or business, and are self-monitoring alarms or CCTV, you can choose to send a professional rather than a relative, neighbour or colleague.
What is Infinite’s Rapid Response?
- Affordable Rapid Response Service.
- Need someone to attend a site or home? Simply press the in-app panic button to activate the rapid response.
- Our Control Room is notified of all incidents and will contact you to verify the nature of the activation. Can’s answer? No problem, our smart GPS Navigation will pinpoint your last known location and dispatch a responder.
- You can track your responder every step of the way, with live arrival times.

WHY USE THE APP?
If you monitor your own alarms using a manufacturer App, if an incident was occurring, your choices would be to contact the police, visit yourself, or ask a relative, neighbour or colleague. The police are often unable to quickly attend due to resource challenges, even if you have paid for a URN. You might not be able to visit yourself if you were on holiday or otherwise busy, and why would you want to send a relative, neighbour or colleague to an incident that could put them in possible danger?
- With over 2500 responders across the UK, we can get to you within minutes.
- Our App is also compatible with other connected smart devices, such as smart watches.
- You can request and schedule patrols for vacant sites/properties via the App.
Our solution is focused on creating the fastest response time so that officers can prevent or reduce the impact of crime. However, the technology also ensures that the attending security officer carries out a high-quality, on-site inspection.
The GPS tracked customer checklist, the reporting approach, and the support from the 24/7 control room, mean that quality of each visit is positive.
All the responders on our network are registered with the Security Industry Authority (SIA). The SIA vets every officer and they will have their SIA badge on display when attending.
Due to their SIA status, any verified incident can be expedited with the police.
