What are the benefits of leasing?

If you relocate your business during the lease agreement period, where it is practical to re-install the system at your new premises, (e.g. wireless systems) the lease can be transferred over to the new address. This is particularly attractive to businesses who occupy premises on short term leases, as it means they can have the fire and security equipment they are paying for monthly re-installed at their new location.
