On this day, April 28th, we want to raise awareness of the importance of health and safety in the workplace. It is vital to ensure that staff feel safe in their working environment and that they understand their responsibilities under the Health and Safety Work Act. This worldwide campaign was created by the International Labour Organization on the 28th of April 2003.
As an employer, putting safety and behaviour procedures in place for the employees to adhere to will help lower the risk of injury. At Infinite Fire & Security, we organise in-house training for staff and create up-to-date safety procedures that must be carried out.
For our commercial properties, we carry out annual fire risk assessments. We attend your site and discuss requirements and our NEBOSH(National Examination Board in Occupational Safety and Health) qualified assessor will carry out this assessment. Please note that if there are any changes to the building layout, it is recommended to book in for an updated fire risk assessment.
