Back in September 2020, we wanted a new supplier to come and service our Fire Alarm, Fire Extinguishers and Emergency Lighting at our sites in South Yorkshire.

After looking on Google I came across Infinite Fire & Security, based in Barnsley so nice and local to us. To be honest, once I had been on their website, I knew I could work along side this company.

My initial contact was speaking to Caroline, who explained that she would send out a Fire Alarm Designer, to see what I would need installing in one of the Nurseries, and also take some notes to quote for the maintenance.

Chris attended site the same week, went to two of our sites to see what we needed. After everything had been explained, and I received the quote - I placed the order with them straight away.

The engineers that came to complete the service and do the fire alarm install were great lads, they made minimal noise due to the children being on site, and cleared the mess straight away.

Due to the company being efficient and very knowledgeable regarding the standards etc, I would definitely recommend using Infinite Fire & Security to anyone who is looking to either save money, work with a local company or just have a friendly company on hand 24/7 should you need them.
