The Great Yorkshire Show 2023!

Share Post:

It was great to be back at the Great Yorkshire Show this year, utilising our upgraded state of the art Demonstration Unit which was originally showcased at the Great Yorkshire Show in 2022.

Safe to say that we definitely had a fabulous record breaking show for us, even though we had some rain – surprisingly this made us a lot busier, probably because we had some protection from the rain! After totting everything up, we went through: 200 pots of Jellybeans, 150 Bottles of Water, 120 Information Packs, 100 Children’s Goody Bags, 96 Bottles of Peroni, 70 Glasses of Pimms & Lemonade and 1 box of Umbrellas!

The one and only Hayley ‘B’ put many hours of hard work with a lot of blood, sweat and tears into crocheting our very own Ewe, Moo and Piggy too! The youngest member of the Infinite Family wanted to take these home with her after the show, we had to decline this offer to give them a new home as we knew that we would not see them again!

Our Farmyard crew had a new addition this year as ‘Cluck’ decided to join the family, but in doing this they all decided to undertake a new identity as ‘The Protectors’, this was definitely a talking point. We were giving out stickers throughout the week, it seemed that the favourite was Cluck under his ‘Protectors’ persona – the adults found this one especially funny!

Once again, the show was a roaring success and it was great to see so many familiar faces, many of which originally met us at the Great Yorkshire Show, some of them have been with us since our first appearance back in 2019. We even had the chance to meet the one and only Peter Wright, aka The Yorkshire Vet! (Sorry Caroline, we know you were jealous about this one as you never miss an episode).

All we can say is thank you to everyone and bring on next year!

What we showcased this year…

AJAX ALARM SYSTEMS

The system that just keeps getting better and better, especially for its uses in areas with no power!  Even though this is technically an alarm system, there is so much more potential. Utilising the Hub with a 12v PSU and a MotionCam Outdoor gives you instant coverage for the most remote places, with snapshots sent to your phone immediately after motion is detected we believe this gives you total peace of mind.

Over the years we have met more and more people with the need for detection in remote areas or for totally bespoke systems, we have been able to design either CCTV or alarms to do the job!

DAHUA CCTV SYSTEMS

This year we had the opportunity to showcase Dahua’s new Panoramic Surveillance range featuring the new Mini-Hubble and the Dual Lens 180o Panoramic Camera.

The Mini-Hubble features an all in one design with detailed AI features, 100m IR detection, 2-way audio, and ultra-wide coverage. The compact device is a powerful security solution which is perfect for any smaller spaces on your home and/or business. This camera gives an ultra-wide coverage from 180o to 360oPanoramic views. There are multiple uses for this camera, including parking detection, loitering detection and also people gathering.

DUAL-LENS BY DAHUA

The Dual-Lens Splicing Network Camera gives the ability to protect your property like never before! With its WDR, 3DNR and 4096 x 1800 pixel output, you can obtain crystal-clear images even in challenging lighting conditions 24/7 with its use of a small warm light situated on the fronts of the camera. This is the perfect option for minimising the number of cameras needed to cover the property as it is made up of 2x 4MP Full Colour lenses which give a 180o view, this also only takes up one space in the recorder whereas traditionally, this may have needed two cameras to cover the same area.
