Our routine inspection and testing identifies any potential problems before they occur, also it is vital that you know your system will work when you need it most – in an emergency. 

Alarms that have a police-approved monitoring element, should be serviced bi-annually. Otherwise servicing annually will be sufficient but check with your insurance company as they may impose special servicing requirements. Most insurance companies do stipulate that you may need to have your alarm serviced by an accredited company.

Our quotation includes the annual servicing of the Intruder Alarm System, covering all associated keypads, door contacts, PIRs, and related components.

Service Details

We will conduct a full system service approximately every twelve months. Upon completion of each visit, our Infinite Fire & Security Engineer will update the system logbook to document the work undertaken.

Exclusions

The quoted servicing costs do not include the supply of spare parts or the labour required for their installation. Any additional works will be priced separately, and a formal quotation will be provided for your approval before proceeding.

Compliance and Assurance

By accepting our Service and Maintenance proposal, you ensure your system is regularly tested and maintained in accordance with manufacturer recommendations and relevant standards. This helps you comply with current regulations and insurance requirements.

Emergency Call-Out Service

Our agreement grants you access to our 24/7 emergency call-out service, available 365 days a year.

Engineer Reports and Recommendations

During maintenance visits, any faults or deficiencies identified will be documented in an engineer’s report, a copy of which will be provided on-site. This report will outline any recommended remedial work.

Please note: The agreement excludes materials, spare parts, and associated labour for corrective actions, which will be charged separately from the maintenance agreement.
