CCTV System Service & Maintenance Proposal
Your CCTV equipment should be serviced annually to ensure software is fully up to date and systems are kept secure. It’s also important to ensure camera lenses are clean, the image capture remains of the highest quality with no deterioration, camera angles and images are correct, storage requirements are still satisfactory and storage quality hasn’t deteriorated, keeping your system in full working order, capturing the best quality images and protecting your premises.
Our quotation includes the annual servicing of the CCTV system installed at your premises.
We will conduct site visits approximately twelve months apart to perform a comprehensive electrical and mechanical service of the equipment on the systems outlined above.
Upon completion of each service, we will provide:
- A service certificate for each system.
- An engineer’s report detailing any recommendations or repairs required.
Exclusions
The servicing costs do not include the supply of spare parts or the labour required to install them. Any additional work will be priced separately, and a quotation will be provided for your approval before proceeding with any repairs.
Compliance & Standards
By accepting our Service and Maintenance proposal, you can be assured that your system will be regularly tested and maintained in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommendations and the relevant standards (BS EN 50132-7:2012 & BS EN 62676-3:2015). This ensures compliance with current industry regulations and any applicable insurance requirements.
Emergency Support
Our agreement includes access to our 365-day, 24-hour emergency call-out service.
Scope of Service
During each maintenance visit, our service will include:
- Inspection of system records to identify any issues since the previous visit.
- Visual inspection of cameras, cables, and picture quality.
- Performance checks to ensure the system meets your operational requirements.
Any faults or deficiencies identified during the maintenance visit will be detailed in the engineer’s report, which will be provided on-site. This report will highlight any necessary remedial work.
Additional Costs
Please note that our agreement excludes the cost of materials, spare parts, or associated labour for repairs. These items will be charged separately in addition to the maintenance agreement costs.
