Access Control Systems require ongoing maintenance and servicing, to be checked annually to ensure all components are operational, locks are secure, cabling is intact, control units, keypads etc are functional. It is always best practice to ensure that your system is running at optimum level thoughout its lifetime.

Our quotation includes biannual servicing of the Access Control System, covering all associated door entry systems, maglocks, keypads, intercoms, and related components.

Service Schedule: We will conduct maintenance visits approximately every six months to perform a comprehensive service of the installed system.

Documentation: Upon completion of each service, our Infinite Fire & Security Engineer will update the system logbook to record all work performed.

Exclusions: The quoted access control system servicing costs do not cover the supply of spare parts or the labor required for their installation. Any necessary parts or additional labor will be quoted separately for your approval before work is undertaken.

Compliance & Standards: By accepting our Service and Maintenance proposal, you ensure that your system is regularly tested and maintained in accordance with manufacturer recommendations and applicable standards (BS EN 5012-7:2012 & BS EN 62676-3:2015), supporting compliance with current regulations and insurance requirements.

Emergency Support: Our agreement includes access to our 365-day, 24-hour emergency call-out service for prompt assistance when required.

Reporting & Recommendations: During maintenance visits, any identified faults or deficiencies will be documented in an engineer’s report, a copy of which will be provided on-site. This report will outline any recommended remedial work. Please note that the agreement excludes the cost of materials, spare parts, or associated labour, which will be invoiced separately from the maintenance agreement.
