Internal Sales Co-ordinator 

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organised Internal Sales Coordinator to join our team. The objective is to sell products or services to customers, this could include both individuals and businesses. Perform a number of follow-up calls to determine the requirement for our recommend solutions. Look for new clients, understand the needs of customers, and remain in contact with the customer in order to strengthen the client relationship and sell additional services or products.

Responsibilities:

Generate revenue by soliciting and obtaining orders, understanding and interpreting technical requirements, providing information, and developing accounts. Developing new sales opportunities using outbound cold emails, cold calls and lead follow-ups. Connecting with customers after a sales proposal to answer questions or provide advice. Communicating with customers to understand their needs and requirements and identify sales opportunities. Answering customers’ questions, resolving their concerns and providing additional information via calls and emails. Discussing products and solutions with customers and explaining technical concepts simply. Finding new customers and creating a sales relationship with potential customers. Building relationships with clients and encouraging long-term clients. Maintaining and improving the database of prospects. Researching for new leads. Keeping up to date with product and service information and competitor offers. Upselling products and services. Follow business processes, guidelines, and policies. Fully aware of all company policies and committed to meeting the objectives of these strategies.

Experience and Capabilities:

  • Proven experience in a sales role would be advantageous.
  • Excellent organisational skills ensuring ability to work to priorities.
  • Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to multi-task.
  • Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships.
  • IT proficient.

This is a Full-time, Permanent position with a Salary of £26,000.00-£30,000.00 per year depending on experience.

Fire Alarm Engineer

We are looking for a fire alarm engineer to join our team.

The role will involve carrying out Installations, routine servicing and repairs of Fire Alarms, and associated equipment and products. You will be required to attend and undertake periodic maintenance of systems and carry out necessary fault finding on sites.

You must have a flexible can-do attitude to work and want to be part of a team.

Previous experience is essential.

A clean driving licence is preferred.

Full enhanced security screening will be completed for the successful candidate, so a clean DBS is essential.

NO CALL OUT ROTA OR WEEKEND WORK!

Job Type: Permanent, Full-time

Salary: £38,000.00-£44,000.00 per year
